St\u00e4rken uns Niederlagen? Machen uns nicht bestandene Herausforderungen wirklich gr\u00f6\u00dfer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den&nbsp;<strong>Ursprungsimpuls<\/strong>&nbsp;f\u00fcr diesen ABO-Workshop gab Martin, der urspr\u00fcnglich eine&nbsp;<strong>Fuck-up-Session<\/strong>&nbsp;vorschlug. Jeder stellt in einem 10 Minuten Spot seinen gr\u00f6\u00dften&nbsp;<strong>Fehler<\/strong>&nbsp;vor,&nbsp;<strong>aus dem die anderen etwas lernen<\/strong>&nbsp;k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Wrap-Up f\u00fcr unsere ABO-Workshops 2019 ist mein Vorschlag:<br>unter dem Titel&nbsp;<strong>Lessons Learned<\/strong>&nbsp;auch die Ans\u00e4tze der positiven Psychologie mit einzubeziehen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lernen am positiv best\u00e4rkt werden<\/li><li>\u00fcber wirkliche Erfolge die eigene St\u00e4rke weiterentwickeln<\/li><li>positive L\u00f6sungen auch sp\u00e4ter abrufen und nutzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/abo-workshop.de\/Bilder\/Lessonslearned-Workshop-1.jpg\" alt=\"Lessons Learned ABO-Workshop Rhein-Main\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir werden uns&nbsp;<strong>im Workshop den Luxus g\u00f6nnen<\/strong>&nbsp;und&nbsp;<strong>unsere besten Fehler und Learnings auszutauschen<\/strong>.<br>Auch wenn nichts so wertvoll ist, wie der selbst gemachte Fehler, aus dem man lernt,&nbsp;<strong>lernen wir diesmal kostenneutral<\/strong>&nbsp;aus den Fehlern des Kollektivs \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir k\u00f6nnen gerne auch exemplarisch die folgenden und weitere Fragen aus Eurer Arbeit aufgreifen:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wie l\u00e4sst sich das Format&nbsp;<strong>Lessons Learned<\/strong>&nbsp;und&nbsp;<strong>Retrospektive<\/strong>&nbsp;mit Leben f\u00fcllen und so moderieren, dass Teilnehmer\/innen und Kunden wirklich motiviert mitmachen und&nbsp;<strong>nutzbare Resultate<\/strong>&nbsp;entstehen?<\/li><li>Was stellt sicher, dass sich die<strong>&nbsp;Fehler nicht<\/strong>&nbsp;immer wieder&nbsp;<strong>wiederholen<\/strong>?<\/li><li>Was muss passieren, dass&nbsp;<strong>wirklich aus den Fehlern gelernt&nbsp;<\/strong>wird?<\/li><li><strong>Ist Lernen am Erfolg<\/strong>&nbsp;und positiven Ergebnissen \/ Emotionen&nbsp;<strong>genau so wertvoll<\/strong>?<\/li><li>Sind Feedback, R\u00fcckblicke und Retrospektiven essentiell f\u00fcr die Selbstf\u00fchrung?<\/li><li>Wie h\u00e4ngen <a href=\"https:\/\/abo-workshop.de\/content\/selbstfuehrung\/\">Selbstf\u00fchrung und Selbstreflexion<\/a> zusammen?<\/li><li>Wir sind jetzt neugierig auf&nbsp;<strong>Euere Lessons Learned<\/strong>&nbsp;und freuen uns auf einen guten ABO-Workshop.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/abo-workshop.de\/Bilder\/Lessonslearned-Workshop-2.jpg\" alt=\"Lessons Learned ABO-Workshop Rhein-Main\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir freuen uns \u00fcber Eure Inputs und Fehler \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin + J\u00fcrgen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lessons Learned Projektmanagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lessons Learned&nbsp;ist urspr\u00fcnglich ein Begriff aus dem Projektmanagement und umfasst alle Erfahrungen, Lernresultate, R\u00fcckmeldungen \u00fcber gew\u00fcnschte und unerw\u00fcnschte Effekte und Folgen aus Projekten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Projektmanagement wird dabei sehr viel Wert gelegt, auf eine systematische Sammlung und Bewertung der Erfahrungen sowie die schriftliche Aufzeichnung und Dokumentation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben dem systematische Sammeln, Bewerten und Verdichten von Erfahrungen geht es insbesondere darum zuk\u00fcnftige Entwicklungen aufgrund von Hinweisen auf m\u00f6gliche Fehler und Risiken besser steuern zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehr zu psychologischen Learnings im Projektmanagement finden Sie unter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mto-consulting.de\/Psychologie-im-Projekt.htm\">Psychologie im Projekt<\/a>.
