Oft reicht eine klare, respektvolle und konstruktive Formulierung, um einen Unterschied zu machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser ABO-Workshop befasst sich damit, wie <strong>positive Impulse durch Sprache<\/strong> im Alltag funktionieren \u2013 konkret, umsetzbar und ohne Floskeln.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum Sprache entscheidend ist? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unsere Wortwahl pr\u00e4gt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>die Qualit\u00e4t von Beziehungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Atmosph\u00e4re im Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unser Selbstbild<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Art, wie wir Herausforderungen begegnen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wer bewusst formuliert, schafft Klarheit<\/strong> statt Missverst\u00e4ndnisse, Motivation statt Druck und Vertrauen statt Distanz.<br>Es geht darum, l\u00f6sungsorientiert und respektvoll zu kommunizieren&#8230;.f\u00fcr dich selbst &#8211; im pers\u00f6nlichen Umfeld &#8211; im Beruf&#8230;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was positive Impulse durch Sprache bewirken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eine konstruktive Wortwahl:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>st\u00e4rkt Selbstverantwortung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduziert Konflikte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00f6rdert Zusammenarbeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unterst\u00fctzt eine l\u00f6sungsorientierte Haltung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erh\u00f6ht langfristig Motivation und Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Positive Sprache bedeutet nicht, Kritik zu vermeiden<\/strong>. Informationen, Feedback oder Handlungsempfehlungen) positiv, wertsch\u00e4tzend und motivierend formulieren k\u00f6nnen \u2013 sowohl in der <strong>Face-to-face-Kommunikation<\/strong> als auch in <strong>Sprachnachrichten<\/strong> oder in der <strong>schriftlichen Kommunikation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch die <strong>empirische Evidenz zur psychologischen Wirksamkeit<\/strong> der daraus resultierenden Formulierungs-Empfehlungen ist \u00fcberraschend gering. Eine erste experimentelle Studie, die wir zur <strong>Verwendung des Worts \u201eaber\u201c<\/strong> durchf\u00fchren konnten, erbrachte \u00fcberraschende Ergebnisse: Tats\u00e4chlich hatte die Verwendung des Wortes \u201eaber\u201c keine negativere Wirkung auf Emotion und Handlungsmotivation als die h\u00e4ufig empfohlenen Alternativen \u201eund\u201c und \u201egleichzeitig\u201c.
