(Berufsverband der Diplom-Psychologen\/innen)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treffen f\u00fcr Wirtschaftspsychologen im Rhein-Main Gebiet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser zentrales Anliegen sind 4-5 mal j\u00e4hrlich stattfindende kollegiale Treffen f\u00fcr Wirtschaftspsychologen und Wirtschaftspsychologinnen zur Arbeits-, Betriebs-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie im Rhein-Main-Gebiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits <strong>seit 1990<\/strong> treffen wir uns in unterschiedlichen Zusammensetzungen und immer wieder neuen Teilnehmern\/innen zu Workshops an verschiedenen Orten im Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Praxisnahe Fragestellungen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der ABO-Psychologie \/ Wirtschaftspsychologie und dar\u00fcber hinaus stehen im Fokus.<br><br>Unsere bevorzugte Arbeitsform ist aktives Tun, Ausprobieren, Erarbeiten,<br>Praxis\u00fcbungen, Feedback. In einigen Workshops auch neues Entwickeln, kollegiale Diskussion und Meinungsaustausch. Es geht uns darum, Neues ohne Risiko auszutesten, auf dem Stand der Dinge zu bleiben und uns \u00fcber unsere Arbeit, Fallstellungen, Fragen, Knackpunkte auszutauschen.<br><br><strong>Wer kann teilnehmen?<\/strong><br><br>Jede\/r Diplom-Psychologe\/in der\/die Lust hat sich kollegial weiterzubilden, auszutauschen und sich aktiv einzubringen.<br><br>Der berufliche Status, festangestellt oder freiberuflich ist f\u00fcr uns sekund\u00e4r.<br>Wir freuen uns nat\u00fcrlich auch \u00fcber Berufseinsteiger\/-innen und<br>Studenten\/-innen im letzten Teil des Studiums.<br><br>Neue Interessenten\/innen nehmen wir gerne in unseren Einladungsverteiler auf!<br><br><strong>Wie kommen wir zu unseren Themen?<\/strong><br><br>Die Themen beschlie\u00dfen wir j\u00e4hrlich gemeinsam.<br>Jeder kann und soll Vorschl\u00e4ge unterbreiten.<br><br>Es sollte die Bereitschaft da sein auch einmal selbst ein Treffen im Team mit Kollegen vorzubereiten und zu moderieren. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf aktivem Gestalten und Einbinden der Teilnehmer.<br><br><strong>Gibt es Teilnahmegeb\u00fchren?<\/strong><br><br>Generell haben wir keine Teilnahmegeb\u00fchren, eventuell anfallende Raumkosten legen wir auf die Teilnehmer\/innen um. In aller Regel treffen wir uns in R\u00e4umlichkeiten der Mitglieder oder bei Berufskollegen\/innen d.h.
